The entire reservation balance is due upon time of booking and we offer many different payment methods for your convenience. In certain cases, we do have flexibility for various payment plans.
At the time of booking, a security deposit will be placed on hold on your payment method. This varies based on property. If a hold fails to authorize, check in instructions will not be sent until we are able to authorize this deposit. This is in case there is any damage to the property or broken house rules during your stay. The deposit is reserved 1 or 2 days before you arrive and released after departure after an inspection of the property has been done. If no damage has been done, there is nothing you will need to do or worry about.
Most of our properties are kids friendly.

All of the properties are fully equipped meaning they will include most of the items you have at home to provide a home away from home stay. The beds will be freshly made and towels are also provided. Bath essentials (shampoo, conditioner, body wash), laundry detergent, complimentary tea/coffee, basic kitchen essentials (salt/pepper, dishwasher tabs, etc) are all included in the stay! However, for longer stays please bring your own products as we only supply a limited amount to last several days.
For our standard cancellation policy, we offer a full 100% refund for any cancellations made within 48 hours of booking, if the check-in date is at least 14 days away. We offer a 50% refund for cancellations made at least 7 days before check-in and no refunds for cancellations made within 7 days of check-in. Please ensure you double check your dates before confirming any bookings.
We understand plans change. If you wish to cancel, but wish to stay with us in the future, we will be able to offer a future credit based on the cancellation policy for 3 months as long as we are notified 7-14 days in advance. Further cancellations are subject to no refund.
